My biggest driving factor is knowing that I can become 1% better every single day.
Growing up in Minnesota, I was surrounded by strong values that shaped who I am today. I learned early on the importance of hard work, integrity, staying true to your word, and most importantly, the value of building strong relationships with the people around you. I believe that the people you surround yourself with and the relationships you build along the way can have a lasting impact on your life, and that belief continues to influence the way I lead and approach business today.
Driven by a desire to create opportunities and build something meaningful, I moved to Arizona to pursue my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Grand Canyon University. During that time, I discovered a passion for leadership, personal development, and helping people unlock potential they never knew they had.
That passion led to the creation of Edge Marketing Agency, a direct-to-consumer sales and marketing firm proudly representing Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. While we deliver results for some of the world’s most respected brands, our greatest mission is developing people. We believe success is built through integrity, discipline, strong communication, and the willingness to grow every single day.
My “why” is rooted in my family, my future, and the people around me. I want to build something my family can be proud of while creating opportunities for others to achieve what they want out of life. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching someone grow, gain confidence, accomplish a goal, and realize they are capable of more than they ever thought.
My biggest driving factor is knowing that I can become 1% better every single day. Whether it is becoming a better leader, a better business owner, a better teammate, or simply a better person, I believe small improvements compounded over time create extraordinary results. I want to bring that mindset to the next generation — to push people to think bigger, work harder, build meaningful relationships, and hold themselves to a standard they are proud of.
