Do I need sales experience to apply?
No. Many of our team members start with no professional sales background. We provide hands-on training in communication, product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales strategy from day one.
What kind of training and mentorship do you provide?
Every team member receives continuous, in-person training and one-to-one mentorship. Development covers communication, product knowledge, customer engagement, sales strategy, and leadership skills.
Is there a path into leadership?
Yes. We promote from within and develop people into roles where they can build and lead their own teams as Edge expands into new markets.
Where is the role based?
Our office is at 450 Alaskan Way South, Suite 200, Office No. 211, Seattle, WA 98104. Roles are based in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region.
